Accounts Payable Administrator - Woking - £26,000 to £30,000 About the Client Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established company in the Manufacturing sector, recognised for their high standards of quality and innovation. About the Job This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Accounts Payable experience to join a growing finance team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments and supplier queries, reporting directly to the Transactional Finance Manager. If you're organised, proactive, and customer-focused, this could be a great next step. Duties will include: Processing invoices and ensuring purchase order matching Handling payments, adjustments, and expense reimbursements Managing exceptions and more complex invoices Dealing with vendor queries and disputes Supporting purchasing processes and credit card administration Assisting with time and expense reporting for internal teams About the Successful Applicant You will have previous experience in Accounts Payable within a finance environment, be confident using Microsoft Excel, and thrive in a busy, collaborative team. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a customer service mindset are essential.
