You will be creating modern British cuisine to a 2 AA Rosette standard and there is strong focus on using the best quality produce available. You will have the option of a 40 hour contract which pays £45,000 with all overtime paid hourly or a 48 hour contract which pays £54,000 with all overtime paid hourly.
