Finance Business Partner for a Charity

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Business Partner to support our Not For Profit organisation's Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide financial insights that contribute to the company's strategic decisions. Client Details Our client is a reputable Not For Profit organisation, recognised as a large organisation within the industry. Operating across the nation, they are committed to delivering superior services and making a positive impact within their community, office based near Thame Description Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Developing and maintaining robust financial systems and processes. Ensuring financial reports are accurate and timely. Partnering with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts. Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaising with auditors. Complying with all regulatory requirements. Participating in special projects as required. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner needs to be: A qualified Accountant or Qualified By Experience ( no longer studying) in CIMA, ACA or ACCA Charity Experience in Finance Excellent Business Partnering expeirence and skills Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders. A high level of integrity and professionalism. UK Right to work Job Offer Day rate of around £200 - £225 per day The opportunity to work in a supportive and professional work environment.
