We are seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor for a prestigious luxury brand boutique in central Florence. Responsibilities: Assisting customers and managing all retail activities. Providing excellent customer service and advice. Clienteling, CRM management, and storytelling of products and collections. Cash handling and customer loyalty activities. Qualifications and Skills: Previous retail experience, even brief. Focus on customer loyalty. Good appearance, cheerful personality, and team-oriented. Excellent English language skills. Candidates without experience but passionate about fashion and luxury, and customer service-oriented, will also be considered. Work Details: Full-time (40 hours), working days from Monday to Sunday in shifts. Contract: Fixed-term, under the Commerce national collective agreement. Salary and benefits: Level and gross annual salary will depend on experience, plus meal vouchers. Additional Information: The workplace is located in Florence.
