As a Guest Service Associate at Naples Wax Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer service, building lasting relationships with guests, and contributing to the success of our center. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and Center Manager, providing opportunities for growth within our organization. Responsibilities: Operational Duties: Educate guests about current in-center promotions. Build and maintain professional relationships with guests. Ensure the wax suite is clean and sanitized. Encourage guest retention by pre-booking appointments. Increase appointment bookings through guest referrals. Meet and exceed individual and center goals. Follow the schedule provided during the application process. Arrange coverage for time off to prevent conflicting guest bookings. Manage the reservation book efficiently to accommodate guest requests. Arrive punctually, dressed appropriately with a visible nametag. Create memorable guest experiences using NWC terminology and scripts. Perform any other duties as assigned. Team Collaboration: Work with management and staff to foster a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training to enhance skills. Compliance: Follow all regulations and policies related to NWC operations. Maintain confidentiality of participant information. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards, including cleaning protocols. Follow health and safety policies and procedures. Facility Maintenance: Keep the facility clean and organized. Report maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications: Required: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work. Preferred: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
