The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers. The Senior Sales Assistant will be responsible for: Leading complex client requests and assisting them throughout the entire customer journey, including after-sales activities; Supporting operational tasks, being aware of company procedures and systems, and ensuring compliance; Taking actions to maximize sales opportunities across all categories; Driving results by delivering an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
