Your Opportunity Reporting to the RTW & SA Operations Director, you will manage all activities related to bulk production, from raw material purchasing to product delivery. You will collaborate with various departments and external partners to ensure timely and quality production aligned with KPIs. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire bulk production process, including raw material procurement, planning, and production control for both BUY and MAKE processes. Create and maintain the seasonal planning calendar to meet KPIs. Coordinate production allocation considering capacity, quality, costs, and lead-times. Develop the Master Production Plan with internal teams. Manage vendor relationships and develop strategic partnerships. Participate in sourcing strategy discussions. Lead and develop three teams: Raw Material Purchasing, Planning, and Production Control. Define and monitor production KPIs and reporting. Engage in strategic projects and continuous improvement activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated alignment with Alexander McQueen’s core behaviors. Experience in similar roles, preferably within the fashion industry. Proven people management skills. Degree in Engineering or Economics. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills. Analytical mindset with high proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Stealth, SAP, and production management systems is a plus. Fluent in English and Italian.
