Location: Vimodrone, Italy Role: Project Manager FINANCE - IT Location: Milan, hybrid mode Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements analysis to final delivery. Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather, define, and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Develop and monitor project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, overseeing design and development with a focus on quality and effectiveness. Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities to meet company and technical standards. Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, development teams, and key figures, ensuring transparency on project progress. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar roles, preferably in complex IT environments. Previous experience in finance, familiar with project specifics and regulatory aspects of the sector. Background in Java development, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams on technical solutions. Solid experience in managing IT projects, including analysis, planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Excellent time, resource, and priority management skills, focused on results and quality.
