Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, and guided by the EU Planning and Logistics leadership team, you will manage the End-to-End Supply Chain within your region, helping Ecolab deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities: Manage demand planning, logistics, and warehousing to optimize costs and service quality. Lead and develop your team, ensuring effective order-to-cash operations. Collaborate with sales, R&D, and marketing to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure performance standards and compliance. Monitor KPIs related to quality, service, and cost, and implement improvement plans. Represent the supply chain function in the Italian Management Team, providing expertise and guidance. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s in Supply Chain is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in customer service, planning, logistics, or operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; project management certification or experience is advantageous. Knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles; financial acumen. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong collaboration and influencing abilities. Independent judgment, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
