Position: CLIENT ADVISOR - Categorie Protette (L.68/99) - Serravalle For our boutique in Serravalle, we are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor with a passion for creating an exclusive customer experience. Responsibilities include: Master the client journey and create customer emotion and desire. Engage existing and potential clients according to weekly plans set by store management. Deliver Valentino Couture service impeccably at every stage. Develop and retain existing clients, and recruit new ones. Engage clients through various selling opportunities, including walk-ins, private appointments, and phone consignments. Participate actively in sales routines and partnerships. Operations and Visual Merchandising: Handle all sales and after-sales activities, including returns, repairs, and complaints. Ensure proper product maintenance and replenishment. Know warehouse stock across categories for re-stocking and maximizing sales. Follow administrative and operational procedures. Coordinate with visual teams to maintain display standards and report relevant information. Qualifications: Retail experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong fashion knowledge. Ability to adapt to changing company needs.
