To strengthen our teams, we are currently looking for a field sales representative for Italy. The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, with strong commercial skills, enthusiasm, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Mission Reporting to the Sales Director, the field sales representative will: Regularly visit our distributor network in Italy, Prospect for and retain new distributors, Inform about new products and train our distributors' sales teams, Ensure competitive intelligence and represent the company at trade fairs in Italy and abroad, Make commercial offers using our customer management software, Follow up on offers to secure orders, Respond to institutional or commercial tenders. The Profile We value a good commercial temperament and strong interpersonal skills over formal training. You should be rigorous in responding to commercial requests, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team after coaching. Good problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal aptitude are essential. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with international contacts. Advantages This is a full-time position with salary and contract terms depending on experience and profile. Possibility of a VAT contract.
