What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events (virtual, physical, or hybrid), sales & marketing meetings, and congresses. Understand the events environment and organize events from start to finish. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, and analyze post-event activities. Support the design, facilitation, and implementation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Develop meeting goals and objectives under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet policies. Plan events and booth development for congresses. Prepare and manage budgets. Negotiate contracts with vendors such as hotels, conference centers, and production companies. Manage technology vendors for digital events, ensuring expectations are met. Execute on-site event activities focusing on customer experience. Align event outcomes with corporate goals. Develop event materials and manage logistics like F&B, schedules, and participant registration. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and vendors. Handle post-event duties like invoicing and expense analysis. Analyze event success and prepare reports. Work with educators and marketing teams to deliver educational plans. Assist with administration of engagement and financial systems. Ensure participant registration accuracy through CVENT. Conduct learning needs analysis and assess instructional effectiveness. Communicate effectively with project teams and subject matter experts. What Makes You Stand Out Degree in education, marketing, or related field, preferably in the meeting and congress industry. 3-5 years of experience in meeting and congress planning. Proficiency with commonly used software. Ability to establish programs to achieve strategic goals. Languages Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. Your Background Strong communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and motivational skills. Customer service and team management orientation. Interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Successful experience in education management roles.
