COST OPTIMIZATION & SOURCING STRATEGY SPECIALIST - IT GOVERNANCE

We are seeking a COST OPTIMIZATION & SOURCING STRATEGY SPECIALIST to join our IT Governance team. Responsibilities: Support in defining the IT Budget, analyzing financial data, and implementing corrective actions to ensure efficient and optimal budget management. Assist in defining and overseeing vendor and contract management processes aligned with IT needs. Establish KPIs to monitor supplier management and contracts, adopting appropriate evaluation tools. Prepare and share technical documentation with IT teams to support negotiations with suppliers, reviewing contractual provisions and renewal dates to ensure operational continuity. Define guidelines and best practices for monitoring and managing IT licenses. We would love to meet you if: You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields. You have 1-2 years of experience in consulting firms or IT functions, preferably in IT Governance. You possess good knowledge of Budgeting, Controlling, and Negotiation topics. You have strong organizational, data analysis, and documentation skills. You are proficient with Microsoft Office. You have a good command of the English language.
