Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. is seeking a specialized professional in customs operations for a new warehouse opening in the Novi Ligure area, specifically in the CIPIAN industrial zone. This new customs warehouse, covering 13,000 sqm, is expected to become operational between December 2025 and January 2026. The selected candidate will manage customs operations with the support of our technical team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the foreign warehouse. A training and mentorship period will be provided from the hiring date until the official opening, at our office in Genoa Bolzaneto. During this preparatory phase, the company will cover daily transfer expenses. Main Responsibilities - Operational management of import/export customs procedures - Verification of commercial and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) - Customs classification of goods according to current regulations - Monitoring tariffs, duties, and evolving regulations - Liaising with customs authorities, agencies, and clients to resolve customs issues - Ensuring compliance with EU and international regulations - Collaborating with the logistics team to manage audits or inspections by authorities Essential Requirements - Proven experience in customs operations - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures - Ability to interface effectively with customs authorities - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational criticalities Preferred Requirements - Possession of a customs broker license - Excellent command of written and spoken English Compensation Package - Permanent contract with salary commensurate with experience The search is open to all candidates (D.lgs. n.198/2006).
