Job Description: Gi Group Spa, a leading Italian employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 HR professionals, is seeking for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Genoa: Administrative Employee The selected candidate will handle bank deposits, cash journal entries, and follow up on pending payments, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the office. Main tasks include recording invoices and receipts, monitoring and recording employee working hours. Requirements: Accuracy and attention to detail Organizational and time management skills Basic proficiency in Excel and Word Basic knowledge of English Ability to work in a team and collaborate Offer Details: Part-time contract of 30 hours per week, distributed over 6 days (Monday to Saturday). Working hours: 8:30 - 13:30 Initial fixed-term temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
