About the job We are seeking a Logistic Structure Equipments Planner to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report to the Head of Logistic Engineering and Operations and work closely with the Logistic Operations coordinator. Your responsibilities include defining and managing budgets for logistic equipment procurement, interfacing with suppliers, and ensuring compliance and maintenance of logistics assets. You will also oversee safety and certification processes, plan equipment relocations, and liaise with various departments and external partners. Main activities: Check and improve logistic asset status Prepare technical specifications for equipment Evaluate technical offers Manage external suppliers for procurement and certification Plan equipment relocations and warehouse layouts Update contracts and safety documentation Ensure safety rules are followed by suppliers Monitor storage and safety compliance for dangerous goods Coordinate with internal and external entities About you Degree in Mechanical, Management, or Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing or warehouse environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD Strong project management skills Experience working with logistics providers and external suppliers Knowledge of safety regulations Problem-solving skills Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus Strong personality with proactive approach Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude What we offer Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood support Opportunities for internal growth J-18808-Ljbffr
