What you will do We are seeking an individual capable of bridging the gap between customer needs and our deliverables, aiming to meet and exceed expectations. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will go above and beyond for customers, ensuring their challenges are resolved and they feel valued. Drive a seamless customer experience that fosters positive sentiment for our brand. Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored recommendations. Collaborate with customer success and product teams for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Manage customer conversations across various support channels (in-store, online, phone). Address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately. Proactively enhance the customer experience. Share customer feedback to aid in product and service improvements. Evaluate support processes, implement improvements, measure results, and iterate. Report on customer service metrics and analyze trends. What you need to succeed Must have Education: Degree or bachelor in a related field. Professional Experience: Experience in relevant sectors within structured customer care environments. Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Soft skills: Problem-solving abilities, good judgment, cross-departmental collaboration skills, friendly and empathetic demeanor, effective communication skills.
