Job Description
Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. Job Responsibilities Face-to-face IT support for users; Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation; Diagnosing problems related to personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.); Testing system and application changes, preparing scripts in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environments; Managing small projects related to new hardware or software installations; Installing software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM; Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing organization; General end-user technology knowledge; Experience with End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management); Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM); Experience with ITSM tools (ticket management software) is preferred; Soft skills: planning and organizing, attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, technical writing skills; Excellent written and spoken English and French skills; What We Offer Competitive salary with 14 installments/year and meal vouchers; Discounts with top brands through our Corporate Benefits Platform; Referral bonuses for recommending friends; Opportunities for training via Stefanini University, including IT and soft skills; Professional development in a stable multinational environment; Exposure to an international, multicultural team across Europe; Next Steps We encourage you to apply today, as job postings may be taken down at any time.
