Solution Architect - Shopify

Shopify Solutions Architect : We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and integrate business operations effectively. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of scalable Shopify solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Customize Shopify themes and templates using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet specific client requirements. - Develop and integrate custom applications and functionalities to enhance the Shopify platform. - Integrate Shopify with third-party systems, including payment gateways, inventory management, and order fulfillment solutions. - Optimize platform performance, ensuring fast load times and a responsive user experience. - Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and mobile optimization. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and updates. Qualifications : - Proven experience in Shopify development, including expertise in Shopify Plus, Liquid, and API integrations. - Strong front-end development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end development using Shopify APIs and integrating third-party applications. - In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform architecture and customization capabilities. - Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. - Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices. - Shopify Plus certification or equivalent. - Experience with headless e-commerce architectures and technologies such as React or Vue.js. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams (ref:hirist.tech)
