About the Team : As a part of Our Team , you will have a great chance to build tools and pipelines from early days by reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good. What Would This Role Entail? - Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for sourcing, transforming, and loading data from various sources, including Slack API, HRMS API, and other internal/external systems. - Managing and optimizing existing databases and data warehouses to ensure data integrity, quality, and performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for dashboards and reporting. - Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. - Ensuring Data Integrity and Quality. - Designing, Daily Tracking & Monitoring of reports and dashboards. Necessary Skills : - Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in computer science. - Must have strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and API integration, including experience with libraries such as Pandas. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Work experience with at least 1 Data Visualization Tool preferably Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI. - At least2 year of work experience as a data engineer or in a related field. - Good written and verbal communication skills. Good to Have Skills : - Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services. - Experience working with statistical models and data modeling techniques.
