CRM Architect - MS Dynamics 365

Job Description
Educational Qualification : - BE/MCA or equivalent degree in computer science or engineering. - 10 years of relevant experience in D365 CE/CRM as Architect. - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CE platform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability. - Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture. - Develop integration strategies and design integration solutions between D365 CE and other systems within the organization's IT landscape, as well as with third-party applications and external data sources. - Design the data model, entities, attributes, and relationships in D365 CE to ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance. - Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring that the implemented solution complies with relevant security and - data privacy standards. - Strong understanding of Business process in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations. - Proficiency in Customising and Configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. - Expertise in Data Migration Strategy, Data Modelling, and data Integration - Worked on different CRM / XRM & latest versions. - Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects. - Expertise technologies like HTML 5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, JavaScript - Strong understanding of the CRM Platform (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK) - Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports - Strong and proved ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API); database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment. - Must have excellent functional knowledge of all CRM modules. - MS Dynamics CE/CRM certifications - Excellent Communication Skills - Flexible working Hours - Preferred location Bengaluru Good to Have : 1. Senior/Middle Level Experience in Customer Service : - Unified Routing - CS Setup - Workstreams - RC Rule - Routing Rules - SLA - Power Automate - Plugins - JS and CRM customization - Service Hub - Workspace module/App's 2. Senior/Middle Level Experience in Omnichannel Communication : - Email - Teams - WhatsApp 3. Skills/ Responsibilities : - Good Communication - Problem Solving/ Bug fixing - Strong Network for Investigating Advanced CS Topics - Handling Change Requests via GF Jira ticket Portal (ref:hirist.tech)
