Now, we seek a hands-on commercial leader to help us grow into a multi-billion-dollar business. The Role We are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join as a Co-Founder and lead the company's commercial success. This is a rare opportunity for a proven leader in the food industry to leverage existing networks, build and lead a commercial organization from scratch, shape growth, and own the business. You will be fully committed, handling all aspects of the commercial domain — from sales and partnerships to strategy and execution — working closely with the CEO and tech team to scale TradePronto to industry dominance. Responsibilities Leverage your existing food industry network to open doors and secure key accounts, partnerships, and strategic alliances, with a focus on retailers. Build and scale the sales and business development team from zero. Own the revenue strategy, go-to-market plan, and commercial KPIs. Develop and maintain relationships with large suppliers, distributors, and retailers. Drive revenue growth from MVP to a multi-billion scale. Represent TradePronto at industry events and with strategic partners. Work as a true co-founder, actively contributing at every stage. Assist with fundraising efforts alongside the CEO. Requirements Personality traits such as tenacity and a strong desire to leave a mark. Willingness to go all-in. Proven track record in commercial leadership roles within the food, FMCG, or B2B marketplace sectors. Existing strong network of relationships with food brands, distributors, and retailers. Experience in scaling teams and revenue from early to growth stages. Strategic yet execution-oriented thinking. Passion for transforming the food industry supply chain. Comfort with an equity-first compensation structure until funding is secured. Compensation Founders Stock, with salary to be established after the first funding round.
