Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations. Your duties will include : Overseeing routine warehouse operations in compliance with Quality and EHS standards. Managing accurate tracking, control, and organization of inventory within the warehouse. Optimizing the layout and storage capacity of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Implementing and utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support all operations. Providing analytical insights into warehouse operations to facilitate effective management and decision-making. Identifying areas for process improvement and leading initiatives to enhance warehouse operations. Developing strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and introducing modern best practices in warehouse management. Who You Are : You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration. You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management within a GMP-regulated industry. You have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, with a focus on change management and process improvement. You possess knowledge and understanding of warehouse-supply chain interactions. You have expertise in the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to drive warehouse efficiency and accuracy. You have a strong background in EHS and Quality, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment. Project management skills will be highly regarded.
