Job Description: Head of Customs and Logistics - Castellón We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our customs and logistics operations at eCube Solutions Ltd in Castellón. The key responsibilities include: Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization, especially within customs and logistics. Providing leadership and direction to quality control, wrapping and packing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations. Managing and ensuring compliance with customs authorizations and licenses, maintaining comprehensive records. Overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and execution related to logistics. Developing and implementing policies to adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring. Driving business growth and profitability via resource management and development initiatives. Reporting operational performance metrics accurately and timely to internal stakeholders. Managing quality control and logistics for remote disassembly projects, coordinating with local support teams. Possessing a strong background and expertise in logistics and customs regulations. Leading teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and effectively communicating company goals. Developing strategic plans to identify growth opportunities, optimize efficiency, and mitigate risks. Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively. Maintaining excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and authorities. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. Adapting to changing priorities and industry trends. Working well under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong motivational skills to lead teams effectively.
