You represent the company externally and communicate internally about market needs and opportunities. You report to the Chief Sales Officer based in Paris. Key Responsibilities Leadership (30%) : Manage 1 Key Account Executive in Portugal and 1 in Spain, foster a positive team culture, collaborate with local and headquarters teams. Business Development (50%) : Accelerate sales with existing pipeline, identify new verticals, develop strategic cases for expansion. Account Management (20%) : Maintain key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, prepare budgets, monitor sales, and represent the company at events.
