This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat; provide accurate product, service, and policy information; resolve complaints; process returns or exchanges. Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities; cross-sell and upsell; meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of products and services; stay updated on new launches and promotions. Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges; ensure timely follow-up. Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams; provide feedback to management. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build empathy and deliver excellent service. Sales-oriented mindset; ability to identify opportunities. Proficiency in CRM and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Experience in remote customer service or sales environment. English level C1-C2 required.
