Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician & Installer – Oil Heating Systems Expert Wanted! Location: Bridgewater, NJ | Pay Range (BOE) $55,000-$75,000/yr Plus OT | Schedule: Full-Time, 8a-4:30p Are you a hands-on HVAC professional who takes pride in solving complex heating issues and delivering top-tier customer service? Do you specialize in oil heating systems and thrive in both service and installation environments? If so, we want to talk to you! What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, and install oil heating systems including boilers, furnaces, and tanks Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and recommendations Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork promptly Operate and maintain an 11,000 GVW service van and manage tools/inventory responsibly Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE on every job What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3 years of HVAC experience, with a strong focus on oil heating systems ✅ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a service team ✅ Strong communication skills – customer satisfaction is your priority ✅ Your own set of tools, gauges, and diagnostic instruments ✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Able to pass a drug test (CDL is a plus , but not required) ✅ Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends Why Join Us?
