Anacortes, Washington Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced Emergency Medicine APC for a new locum tenens opportunity in beautiful Anacortes, WA. This well-supported program is looking for dedicated coverage beginning May 1st, 2025, to help stabilize the team and ensure uninterrupted access to emergency care for this coastal community. Opportunity Details: Location: Anacortes, WA Facility: Island Hospital Contract Type: Locum Tenens (Emergency Medicine) Start Date: May 1, 2025 Shift Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM Monthly Shifts Needed: 10–12 Assignment Length: 3–6 months (may extend) Program Information: Annual ED Volume: 17,500 Patients per Hour: 2 ED Beds: 13 Advanced Practice Provider Coverage: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EMR System: Meditech Trauma Transfer Center: (90 minutes away) Admitting Orders: Some Provider Requirements: Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS Licensure: Active WA Medical License Preferred DEA & Clean Background for Temp Privileges: Required Why Choose Rhino Medical?
