Job Description Job Description Fall Fittings has an immediate opening for an Administrative assistant. Responsibilities: Answering Phones, Assisting Customers & Routing Calls Distributing E-Mails, Mail, and packages Assisting Walk-in Customers Data Entry Drafting/Preparing/Sending Various Correspondences/Documents/Proposals Indexing/Sending/Printing Drawings Filing/Sorting and preparing documents/submittals/RFI for internal use/indexing/distribution. Maintaining physical and electronic files. Additional assignments as required. Qualifications: Ability to work independently Detailed oriented and capable of multi- tasking. Office Organization: Keep the office environment tidy and efficient, including managing office supplies and equipment. Strong listening and communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict. Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of dealing with clients, vendors, architects, etc, in a professional manner. Education & Experience : General Understanding of construction administrative methods and procedures Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook), project management software (Procore or similar, Adobe.
