Job Description Job Description A global financial institution is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Generalist to support its U.S.-based HR team. This role will assist with a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities: Support daily HR operations and partner with department managers to provide guidance on staffing, employee development, and HR policy compliance Assist with full-cycle recruiting: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and employment processing Help manage performance review processes, career development conversations, and employee relations matters in coordination with senior HR staff Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies by supporting HR-related documentation and procedures Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and HR event coordination Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the HR team and overall business needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 2 years of HR experience in a corporate setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach to handling confidential matters Company Description Atlas Search is an executive recruiting firm dedicated to placing accounting, finance, middle office, information technology, human resources, and office / accounting support professionals.
