SEN Teaching Assistant September start ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is looking for a Complex Needs SEND TA for an Ofsted "Good" in Ilford. The school caters for students who are in a SEND school due to the complex needs of the students needs and require an experience care worker or experienced TA to ensure they remain on task within lessons. The school has a great supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Ilford Position - Complex Needs TA Type of work - SEND 1:1 SEND TA Contract or position start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - September 2025 Onwards Contract or position end date (if applicable) - September Onwards Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - £(Apply online only) per week. Hours - 08:30-15:30 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous SEND experience or care work. PMLD experience Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
