Job Duties: * Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently, in full compliance with current Health and Safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. * Demonstrate full proficiency with CNC milling machines and 3D CAD/CAM systems. * Perform maintenance and repairs on mould tools to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. * Accurately modify tooling in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. * Operate overhead cranes safely and in line with company procedures and training. * Work flexibly to meet production demands, including additional hours when necessary. * Support the Tool Room Manager and Supervisor by undertaking additional duties as required to meet operational objectives. * Assist in the training and development of apprentices and junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Be available to work across any of the company’s production sites as business needs dictate. What we are looking for: * Experienced in Programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines. * Experience in Toolmaking * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Strong attention to detail.
