Job Title: Administration Manager Location: Fareham , Hampshire Salary : £35,000 About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to join our dynamic Fire & Security department in Fareham. This is a key leadership role focused on overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring departmental efficiency, compliance, and exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and support a team of administrative professionals Manage recruitment and onboarding for admin roles Ensure company standards and best practices are maintained across the team Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all processes comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations Maintain and monitor compliance in alignment with NSI Gold standards Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations Promote clear communication and collaboration to achieve business goals Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Foster a customer-first culture throughout the team Project & Operational Support: Support project planning and delivery, including scheduling and resource coordination Track project progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Produce and present regular reports on team performance and administrative activities Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs What We're Looking For: Proven experience in an administration or office management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (NSI Gold experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software Why Join Us?
