Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out (£3M Project) | Dartford | £65,000 Package | Permanent Role Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality retail fit-out projects We are recruiting for a Site Manager on a £3M retail fit-out project in Dartford on a permanent basis, offering up to £65,000 plus a competitive benefits package. Location: Dartford Salary: Up to £65,000 Package Project Type: £3M Retail Fit-Out Employment Type: Permanent The Role: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Liaising with clients, project managers, and consultants Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management Ensuring quality control throughout the build Requirements: Proven experience managing retail fit-out or fast-track commercial projects SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills What’s On Offer: Competitive salary up to £65,000 Car allowance Bonus scheme Pension & healthcare benefits Clear career progression with a respected main contractor
