Part Time Sales Administrator Location : Peterborough Hours : Monday - Friday - 20 - 25 hours per week. We have an immediate requirement for a highly organised, experienced, and engaging Sales Administrator, who will carry out a fast paced and varied role. We are looking for a candidate that demonstrates experience in a sales administrative role, with proven ability to producing documentation. Key Responsibilities: * The day-to-day role is varied, and your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Management of sales inboxes * Handling inbound customer calls * Responding to customers within set SLA times * Managing email chains and ensuring communication is managed proactively * Logging incoming sales enquiries and coordinating accordingly * Assisting with the setting up of meetings and follow up calls. * Ensuring the internal CRM is consistently updated with relevant sales information. What we’re looking for: * You will have the ability to communicate to a very high standard in both written and verbal form. You will have experience of managing multiple systems and therefore good experience of MS Office in particular MS Excel,Teams and Outlook are essential. * Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships. * Problem-solving, can-do attitude with a focus on client satisfaction. * Experience with CRM software and client management tools
