1-1 TA - Wigan: Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a kind and compassionate teaching assistant to support a Year 3 pupil 1-1 at a lovely primary school near to Wigan. The Role: Providing 1-1 support to a Year 3 pupil with SEN Regularly communicating with the class teacher to monitor progress Preparing learning resources and activitiesPosition Details: Location: Wigan Position: 1-1 TA Type of Work: Temporary Hours: 8:45am-3:30pm Minimum Rate of Pay: £105 per day, depending on experience Start date: ASAP End date: OngoingExperience, Training & Qualifications: Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided) Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desired Previous experience supporting SEN, in particular Autism and ADHDELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two yearsOTHER: If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
