Job role: Plumber Location: Essex Perm salary :£33,000 - £35,000 Job Description: As a Social Housing Plumber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include: You will be working on the planned works team. Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance. Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a plumber Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing - NVQ level 2 or City and Guilds Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
