Job Description

We are pleased to be able to advertise for an Office Administrator, to be based within the Sales Office in Sharnbrook, Bedfordshire. This person will report to the Head of Sales. Main responsibilities: To support our Internal Sales Team on order entry To assist in telephone enquiries and general customer care To deal with customer relationship management including discrepancies, invoicing and deliveries Skills/Personal Attributes. Professional, proactive, energetic and a keen team member Knowledge of computer programs, Excel and Word would be an advantage Good verbal and written communication Skills Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00 - 45 minutes for lunch Friday 8.30 to 4.00 – 1 hour for lunch Position Temp to Perm after a successful 12 week period Perks Birthday off each year Subsidised gym membership Annual bonus scheme
