Counterbalance Drivers - Immediate Start Location: Corby, NN18 Shift: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: 2pm-10pm £13.50 per hour Overtime: £20.25 p/h afternoons Are you an experienced Counterbalance driver looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? Your Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance forklifts to move and store goods within the warehouse. Accurately load and unload vehicles, ensuring quality and accuracy. Transport materials to designated storage areas, adhering to safety guidelines. Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. About you: Valid Counterbalance forklift license. Ability to pass an on-site assessment or complete a Counterbalance refresher course. Good communication skills in English. Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution setting. A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Why join us?
