Floor Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Matric or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong staff management and leadership skills. Experience in ordering and receiving stock. Merchandising experience essential. Solid FMCG background required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise floor staff to ensure optimal performance. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure product displays are visually appealing and up to date. Oversee stock receiving and ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Assist with ordering and replenishment of stock. Monitor floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
