As a specialist in the Kitchens, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms (KBB) sector, we are proud to be a market leader and award-winning consultancy with a reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client brief to candidate placement. * Build and maintain strong client relationships within the KBB, Merchant and home interiors sector. * Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements. * Manage a portfolio of vacancies and effectively market candidates to clients. * Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. * Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in recruitment (must be permanent, not temporary recruitment), ideally within sales, construction, retail, or a similar professional sector. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Knowledge of the KBB sector is advantageous but not essential.
