Overview of the position: Supervise the employment relationship of unionized personnel, Union and KMX, based on Federal Labor Law and internal regulations to guarantee a healthy and favorable work environment for the worker. Typical tasks: Review the excused and unjustified absenteeism of unionized staff in order to obtain rates of it, based on RIT's leave policies and agreements with the union. Warehouse management Supervise the discipline of unionized personnel and compliance with internal work regulations, to guarantee order and LTM activities. Coordinate meetings with union personnel to maintain a close relationship and thus be able to resolve conflicts that concern the LTM. Detect and communicate potential risks that undermine the business peace of work. Provide direct support to LTM personnel and supervisors on the production line Qualifications : Bachelor degree 1 year experience Experience working with union members Labor & employment law knowledge Availability to rotate shifts Desirable experience in automotive industry or manufacturing Advanced English We offer competitive salary benefits above the law Pesqueria, Nuevo Leon. / On site
