Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Monterrey. If you're highly organized, fluent in English, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment—this opportunity is for you! As a key part of our team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in the United States and India , helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while gaining experience in a fast-paced global organization. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to local and international teams Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics Assist with purchasing, vendor communication, and inventory tracking Support onboarding tasks and HR-related documentation Prepare internal reports and maintain organized digital records Welcome office visitors and handle reception duties Help coordinate logistics for team events and training sessions Liaise with HR and Finance teams as needed ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1 year in an administrative or support role Advanced English (written & spoken) — a must Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information Nice to Have: Experience working with international teams Familiarity with procurement or HR processes This role is offered under a contractor model , providing flexibility and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, growing company.
