Overview This long-term care pharmacy serves residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. With a focus on quality, compliance, and compassionate service, the pharmacy team works collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery in a supportive and professional setting. Responsibilities Support pharmacists with data entry, prescription filling, and medication dispensing Ensure accurate medication preparation and timely packaging Professionally manage incoming calls and escalate issues when needed Prepare orders for delivery and assist with walk-in client services Assist with inventory management, returns, and emergency kits Follow pharmacy procedures and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations Contribute to daily pharmacy operations and team success Requirements Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) Prior experience in a pharmacy technician role (any setting) Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Availability to work full-time including weekend rotations Work Environment & Culture Friendly and collaborative team Purpose-driven work supporting patient care Stable and growing organization Leadership that values communication and work-life balance Shift Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm Rotating weekends
