Job Description
- 4 months temporary Part Time hours - 2 full days or 4-5 days school hours - Office Based - start mid January About your new employer Innovative and market leading organization Growing organisation with a reputable brand name National presence Small close-knit team About your new job Working closely with the Finance & Operations Teams your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Raise purchase orders Arrange letters of credit and various payment methods Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct Accept and create sales orders Arrange shipment and transport Provide backup to finance team when required Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required About You To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following: Previous background in a similar position with some exposure in accounts strong administrative skills Knowledge of Microsoft packages High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills What is in it for you This is an opportunity to be part of a reputable business that is a leader in their field.
