Operations Manager: Table Grapes

This established table grape farm is looking for an energetic, dynamic and driven person to join their successful team. The applicant will be responsible under general management for the management of a production unit that includes all aspects of production, labor, warehouse, and quality management Minimum 5 years proven management experience in all aspects of table grape cultivation A relevant agricultural qualification will be beneficial Systems literacy with good computer skills Thorough knowledge of irrigation, fertilisation, spraying and quality management systems Basic technical and mechanical knowledge and background Must be able to function independently and under pressure, but also as part of a team
