Location: Multiple (Mexico City, Lima Perú, Bogotá Colombia, Quito Ecuador, San Juan Puerto Rico) Role Overview: We are seeking an AWS Account Manager with demonstrated success in managing and growing accounts within the AWS cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sales expertise, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges to drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, solution design, deal negotiation, and closure, with a focus on AWS cloud services. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business unit heads, to understand and address their strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with AWS sales teams and partner organizations to co-develop and deliver tailored cloud solutions that align with customers' business goals. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new customers. Act as a trusted advisor by articulating the value of Generative AI, Automation, and Data solutions powered by AWS, addressing customer pain points with measurable results. Ensure seamless execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, delivery teams, and customer success managers. Work towards quarterly business and growth goals. Collaborate with pre-sales team to develop a clear set of milestones, deliverables, articulate the assumptions to develop proposal and/or SOW for each opportunity. Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership on account performance, opportunities, and pipeline progress. Requirements: Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on AWS cloud services. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly within the AWS ecosystem, and their application in solving business challenges. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Industry expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and AWS staffs to deliver value-driven solutions.
