Objective: Ensure the planning and ordering of Vans production based on sales and market demands. Coordinate effectively with stakeholders in Germany and Mexico to guarantee timely order creation, resolve issues proactively, and provide end-to-end support throughout the vehicle ordering process. Day to day (main tasks): Place and modify production orders and swaps, focusing on process optimization from vehicle planning and production to final delivery to agents. Support monthly forecasts and perform calculations for the production program, group sales, and retail sales based on current inventory levels. Handle factory-driven order amendments for Vans. In case of discrepancies after factory processing, manage IDR (Interactive Differences Report) resolution before confirming the order in the point-of-sale system. Implement VOC (Vans Operation Committee) in collaboration with sales, product, and agent departments to monitor production changes, follow up on BTOs (Build to Order), and analyze market demand, aiming to incorporate improvements into short- and medium-term planning. Create and update reports and KPIs to identify deviations in production and sales planning, as well as analyze take rate. Focus on logistics from Germany to Mexico, overseeing ship tracking and maintaining constant communication with customs brokers and port operators, as well as managing the receipt and sending of BL (Bill of Landing) information for loading. Support the REPUVE process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Create bodybuilder purchase orders (PO), manage Good Receipts (rate review vs. invoices), and validate account statements, ensuring compliance with the purchasing process. Profile: Education: Engineering, Administration, or similar. Previous experience: 3 - 5 years in areas of sales administration planning and ordering. Languages : Advanced English.
