Warehouse Supervisor

Yanfeng Seating is the worldwide leader in automotive seating with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries. At this moment we are seeking: Warehouse Supervisor Job description: 1.Material operator recruit, training, work allocation, evaluation and so on. 2.Responsible for goods receive, storage, FIFO, packing, shipping, material card update and make sure the accounts are consistent. 3.Design the layout for the warehouse and design the warehouse equipment, such as shelf, plastic boxes, turnover vehicle and so on. 4.Design the packing solution for new program and continues improvement for SOP program. 5.Design the logistics route for new program and continues improvement for SOP program. 6.In charge of the management of logistics supplier and control the cost of packing and logistics. 7.Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF16949 standard. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS document and continuously improve relevant process and implementation of IOS document. Education: Bachelor’s degree, logistics related major is better but not necessarily. Work experience: Experience in Automotive Industry as a Warehouse Engineer minimum 3 years Skills: LP (Lean Production) Personal Management Warehouse Management Logistics Management English advanced is a must Location: Cienega de Flores - Soft Plant
