Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Analyst located in Mexico City, Mexico, with some flexibility for work from home. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, creating reports, managing financial accounts, assisting in customer service, and supporting various business functions to ensure smooth operations. Daily tasks include analyzing operational performance, coordinating with different departments, and recommending improvements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Proficiency in Finance and Accounting Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience with AI-powered platforms is a plus
